Greetings Everyone!
Please enter this virtual gathering area to await being placed in your event. Your tournament host will place you in your event's virtual room as it becomes available. No need to do anything other than staying in the virtual "Gathering Room". Your name will be announced to let you know when it is your turn to give your speech. The host will let you know what event you will be entering the room for. Parents/ Spectators. You must let the host know what student/event you will be requesting access for. To avoid having students listening to another competitors speech we will not be admitting students into watch speeches.
Also a reminder: If you have multiple events you must stay in this room until you have completed all of your speeches. If you need to excuse yourself to use the facilities please let your host know that you need to step out for just a moment. Do not log out, just turn off your camera/mic. When you return turn camera/mic back on and let the host know so that you can complete your speeches.
